- Median Sales Price for Townhomes/Condos is up 22.1% to $285,00 compared to a year ago, which was $233,500.
- Months' Supply of Inventory is up 25.0% to 1.5 months in June 2022 from 1.2 months in June 2021.
- Traditional Sales are down -14.1% with a median sales price of $285,000.
