Eileen was referred to us as we began our home search while living out of state. She kept us up to date on new listings and when we finally arrived in Melbourne, we had a list of homes to visit. Eileen made the process as stress-free as possible and offered her expertise on areas that we were unsure about (septic systems, zoning ordinances, etc). We had twists and turns with our offer/pending contract and Eileen precisely negotiated on our behalf. We love our new home! Eileen met with us and really listened to our needs, She gave us good information about the local market and let us know what was realistic and what  wasn't with the current market.
